Suspicious text, whatsapp

Suspicious communication, no feedback once I've confirmed my name, just ends chat. Email this morning to your company

To who ever is handling your staff, yesterday I recieved a text from GL Attorneys, and contacted your support team via whatsapp. During this chat I refused to send my personal details due to previous ***** issues, and insisted your staff use the Ref number. This morning I get a message about an account and if I know this account. I've not known about payjoy in my life, I confirmed my name then all of a sudden I get told gave a nice day. And not further communication after I asked, what now?

I will be going to the police station today, if I do not get a proper reply as to what is going on.
