Suspicious text, whatsapp

Suspicious communication, no feedback once I've confirmed my name, just ends chat. Email this morning to your company To who ever is handling your staff, yesterday I recieved a text from GL Attorneys, and contacted your support team via whatsapp. During this chat I refused to send my personal details due to previous ***** issues, and insisted your staff use the Ref number. This morning I get a message about an account and if I know this account. I've not known about payjoy in my life, I confirmed my name then all of a sudden I get told gave a nice day. And not further communication after I asked, what now? I will be going to the police station today, if I do not get a proper reply as to what is going on. Chante

No responsibly of delayed item

Lack of communication, I keep asking to talk to someone to follow up on my parcel that is 7 days late. Continually met with stupid bot responses. Where is my parcel, and why do you keep using gfs courier. They are useless!!!! PO-***

Delayed parcel

DELAYED DELIVERY I am still waiting on my delivery for 19/12/25, your contact details no one answers the phone, no email, your tracking site is useless. This is not the first time you have delayed my delivery which impacts my clients. Temu has communicated with you and said delivery 26/12/25, this still has not happened. Why is there no communication with me. Your courier company is the worst, I will never recommend Someone get back to me! PO-***
