Good day,
I am very disappointed, as our money is invested in a living annuity and we rely on our payment on the 25th of each month. Today there was no payment, and this has put us in a very difficult situation.
My debit orders are going off later today, and now I will be charged penalty fees of R120 per debit order by my bank. This is completely unacceptable. We trust your company with our investment, and delays like this cause unnecessary stress and financial loss.
Please urgently advise what happened and when the payment will be made. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
