Paid for order but no delivery! This company does not deliver their orders paid for. They respond to the first email saying be patient the order shows it is out for delivery but it never arrives. Clearly a *****ulent company with not ethics. They stop replying to emails after 30 days. I tried to cancel the order within 30 days when realising it is not being delivered but they did not respond. Do not enter into transactions with them.

TOTALLY GATVOL OF ****MERS.
I ordered and paid for 2 x "Stop smoking bracelets & charging block and it was never delivered. I have sent them emails every month for almost a year and their response is " There is a problem but you will receive your items soon". I always ask who the"forwarders" are and get NO RESPONSE.

TOTALLY GATVOL OF ****MERS.
I ordered and paid for 2 x "Stop smoking bracelets & charging block and it was never delivered. I have sent them emails every month for almost a year and their response is " There is a problem but you will receive your items soon". I always ask who the"forwarders" are and get NO RESPONSE.

Worse than bad service
One star is 100 stars too many. According to the tracking number, the order was delivered. I haven't seen it. I sent a mail regarding this and they didn't even bother to respond. I'll make sure to spread the word

They do not deserve a star. I placed an order over a month ago. Up until yesterday it still showed my order was delayed. I emailed them about 12 times. No response.When I checked this morning it shows that it was delivered, I did not receive anything

This company is a ****- The order was placed and paid for over 3 months ago. Below is their response. Thank you for your message regarding your order. Please note that your order is shipped from our warehouses in China within 24 hours. our warehouses are located in China because our bracelets are made of “rare earth”, materials that are almost impossible to find in Europe and present abundantly in China. Also our product is not yet appreciated here, due to the fact that the authorities do not really want smokers to stop smoking. In fact, this represents an important source of income for them. This is why our product undergoes additional checks at the border, which can sometimes take a little time. However, we would like to reassure you. Our product cannot be permanently detained in customs, because it resolves a major public health problem. We are actively working to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible despite these constraints. You can follow its delivery on our site, the average delivery time is currently 10 working days.

I am extremely upset with Glame International. I placed my order on 13 May 2024 for 3 anti-smoking bracelets and a charging stone. I tracked my order and saw that a few days later it had been updated to "delivered" but I have still not received my order. I have sent numerous emails to this company asking them to refund me for my order, but have received absolutely nothing and no reply. I think this company is a ****. Do not purchase or order from this company as you will not receive it.

Total ****mers. Ordered already in April, nothing received. Contacted customer service and they say it will still be delivered. Very disappointing and will definitely not support them ever again. No hopes of a refund as they say it will still be delivered. Pathetic

I ordered from them over 2 months ago and they said my parcel was delivered, which was a lie. They are total ****mers and nobody gets back to you. Very dissappointed.
