I actually do not even want to give a star as they are so totally unprofessional. I tried the online chat and after 15 minutes a Sanele connected asked all my details and ended the chat. I phoned the customer care line eventually got to an agent that in between me holding trying to find out the process to port my number from Telkom she decides to chat with her colleague in some African language...so rude...eventually she said she can't help and I must phone another number. Phoned the number and well well well surprise this number is not available (0827678287). What a bunch of **** you are a tech company and suppose to be on the ball. I am not happy at all that I moved to Vodacom. *********** to say the least
Total ****mers. Ordered already in April, nothing received. Contacted customer service and they say it will still be delivered. Very disappointing and will definitely not support them ever again. No hopes of a refund as they say it will still be delivered. Pathetic
