I ordered and paid for a set of a set of wireless hearing aids and have never received them, They also do not respond to emails. They have ****** my money and I feel that they are ****ming people. They profess to be in South Africa but why have I NOT received the hearing aids,
I ordered and paid for 2 x "Stop smoking bracelets & charging block and it was never delivered. I have sent them emails every month for almost a year and their response is " There is a problem but you will receive your items soon". I always ask who the"forwarders" are and get NO RESPONSE.
Shocking service...never buy anything from them particularly the Boksburg branch. Been waiting for more than a month for them to replace a laptop that died before the guarantee year was over. We have called numerous times but no satisfaction. They make excuses that the waiting for the suppliers report...todate NOTHING. R Shearer

We have been with Fedhealth for over 7 years. In the last 3 odd years both my husband and I have had to have procedures done. Our monthly fee is R7100/month and yet now they are taking R10900.00 off our account every month. Why we ask? From what we can gather if you don't use their specified doctors they hassle and DON'T pay your specialists. Shocking service and then if you have a problem you must speak to a robot!!!!! No support from their side just pay in time and time ago. We are fed up with them.
Amazing service and amazing staff. They arrived on time and the packing was done in an orderly way. Prices very reasonable.
These guys are supposedly Kirby agents. They called me and offered me a complete service for my Kirby at R990.00. The next thing a truck arrives at our house to collect the machine. The courier company did not even have any paperwork from Elite service addressed to me, only a delivery note addressed to : Private. from a company called DSV. I gave the courier the machine, came back to my office and called them. Now.....nobody knows where my machine is. Worst service EVER and now it seems like they have lost my machine.
This company represented by our broker, Mr Peet Brits, is just the best ever. We put in a small claim for a fridge repair and the feedback and service we received, was absolutely outstanding. We were constantly informed on the progress of our claim telephonically and per email, and the team that was sent out to repair the fridge , was very professional and efficient. We have given them a few referrals and they secured their deals with their new clients therefore our broker needs to deliver the Johnny Walker as promised. Any future clients with insurance problems will be referred by us to this Company. Thanks Peet and the Hybrid team. You guys are the BEST.
