Excellent Customer Service from Mo and He’s Team a Glazier Tech in Durban

I have been using Glazier Tech to maintain my BMWs for the past 13 years when they are out of Motorplan I have a very good relationship with them because of their excellent customer service. If I call and need to book my vehicle in for a service they will squeeze me in even if I call last minute they always make me a priority when I go there and one time the owner Mo lent me he’s personal vehicle to go to work while they were servicing my car. I receive Excellent service and Communication from Mo the Owner Soven He’s workshop manager hes mechanic Ash and also the ladies behind the counter who always keep me updated on the progress on the vehicle as to when it will be ready if there are any issues picked up what is the amount and they are also flexible if you want to come with your own parts and they fit it for you. They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs and Minis as that is their main focus although they work on other vehicle brands as well.

I would recommend Glazier Tech to anyone owning a BMW that wants top notch service.
