Been trying to get through MTN legal from this morning as my account was blocked due to a misunderstanding and payment was done as contract was finished in Feb and not cancelled as you battle to get through so they were still debiting old bank account and we have a new bank account. Payment was done on Saturday now we can’t get through to find out when phone number will be activated again each time I have been on hold for over half an hour and then the phone gets cut off this is poor customer service. I just want to say thank you to Bilal from Plumblink Pinetown for assisting me when Standard Bank Home Insurance couldn’t with getting a faulty Pressure reducing valve replaced by manufacturer Apex that was still under 5year warranty that was installed by Standard Bank appointed Plumber. I have known Bilal for a few years now and he has always given good advice and assistance when it came to all my plumbing needs keep up the good work and speedy service Bilal God Bless
Just want to say thank you to Bilal Shaik from Plumblink Pinetown for the excellent and speedy service in assisting me in getting a faulty Pressure valve replaced from manufacturer as Standard Bank Home insurance couldn’t yet the part was installed by their appointed Plumber luckily I called Bilal who assisted me asap, I have known Bilal for a few years now and he always has great advice and experience when it comes to plumbing stuff and offers great service even if there is an issue gets it resolved as soon as possible, keep it up and God Bless Bilal.
2nd time having the exact same problem and exact worse experience from Standard Bank household insurance Claim for water leaking from Ceiling since 13/08/2024 not resolved for 7 days Claim no is 24/062870 Appointed plumber Domestic Plumbers came late after hours from Standard Bank and could not find leak as I feel they were rushing to go home Plumber told me to close water and only put it on when needed Saturday I called again to say water is leaking from ceiling again they come after working hours 15:00 and tell me Pressure valve is faulty and no repair or at least back up solution was done just said they will report and get back to me up until today it’s not resolved been on the phone hours always on hold and still consultants cannot even resolve problem really poor customer service I have sent an email with receipt of work done by previous plumber showing Pressure control valve and geyser still under warranty and still no feedback in the meantime the problem is getting worse at home more damage to my home including ceilings and walls and door due to door frame swelling it just shows how us as customers get treated I don’t know if they are 1st waiting for an injury or the ceiling to fall on our heads before they respond numerous calls today consultant said they are going to speak to supervisor and call me back still no response what is going on here I am really upset I have asked them to call me and let me know what is going on and still no response in the meantime further damages are occurring which could have been resolved which I stated on the 1st day I called. I’m really disappointed with the service from a big institution like this why take insurance in the first place when our issues can’t be resolved if we have our facts in order and proof . Why do we have to resort to social media to get the work done that should have been resolved day 1. My Claim no is 24/062870
Disappointed with MTN customer service, I did a sim swap on the 25.03.24 with the help of an MTN consultant at the Pinecrest Store on my phone as I lost my other phone but needed my old number which is 0732473693 as it is linked to my bank account and other services and they said it would take 2-24 hours 3 days and it's still not resolved yesterday I called the customer care number which is 135 and they said there was an issue with the sim swap I did on Monday but this was not communicated to so I did it again and today is another day more than 24 hours later and the sim swap is still not done I did send emails and escalated this telling them that my account was hacked and money taken out but still the sim swap is not done
Hi we have received the worst possible service from Brolink insurance broker for Hollard I made a claim on the 29/12/2023 claim no 00058500/001/003 for a gate motor that was faulty at home they took 2 weeks before they could send assessor and now it’s the 07th February and to date they still waiting for a proper report from assessor everyday I call and ask to get feedback and a callback and I receive nothing yet every month when we are paying the monthly premium there is no story the moment there is a claim then it’s a long process why do we pay insurance in the 1st place and then when I tell them about our safety having to jump out of car to open and close gate they don’t care our neighbor has been hijacked before are they waiting for this to happen to us. This is so unacceptable.
I have been using Glazier Tech to maintain my BMWs for the past 13 years when they are out of Motorplan I have a very good relationship with them because of their excellent customer service. If I call and need to book my vehicle in for a service they will squeeze me in even if I call last minute they always make me a priority when I go there and one time the owner Mo lent me he’s personal vehicle to go to work while they were servicing my car. I receive Excellent service and Communication from Mo the Owner Soven He’s workshop manager hes mechanic Ash and also the ladies behind the counter who always keep me updated on the progress on the vehicle as to when it will be ready if there are any issues picked up what is the amount and they are also flexible if you want to come with your own parts and they fit it for you. They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs and Minis as that is their main focus although they work on other vehicle brands as well. I would recommend Glazier Tech to anyone owning a BMW that wants top notch service. I just want to thank Mo and he’s team personally for the service and advice that I receive from them I really appreciate it and want to say that they keep up the good work and Excellent Customer service that goes a long way.
This has to be one of the worst service providers ever when it comes to WIFI imagine paying for something every month only for it to work for a few days and when it does work it’s buffering half the time. I have to constantly move it around in my home and sometimes have to move it outside just to get some kind of signal and then only for it to work for a few minutes the it looses the signal again. I cannot work from home and my daughter does distance learning and she is really battling and when you send an email to report the problem you get a reply telling you to restart your router in February I was double billed and we are now in April and I have not been refunded my money this is so disappointing that we have to be dealing with this type of service providers I left Telkom because of this now Rain is even worse not even getting value for my money for the R500 that I’m throwing away every month.
I called Standardbank Insurance on the 10-01-2022 to make a claim. The claim no is 22/111176 for my oven that stopped working on the 09-01-2022. I received an sms stating Electrician was appointed and came on the 11-01-2022 this msg was received Standard Insurance Limited: Dear Customer, Westdyk Electrical is en-route to your property to assess your 22/111176. Contact 0312670515. Refiloe, FSP33348. The electrician came and when I called on the 12-01-2022 to find out the report the consultant on the phone said that they received the photos but no report, I sat on the phone for half an hour waiting for the consultant to call Westdyk but apparently there was no answer the consultant said they would call me back but she didn’t, I called the next day which was Thursday the 13-01-2022 and still there was no report I ended up calling Westdyk myself and asked why there wasn’t a report sent to the bank as it was holding up the whole claims process the lady apologised and said she would send it as the technician did not submit report, when I called Standard bank insurance I told them of the importance of me not having an oven as I have no gall bladder and most of my meals are prepared in the oven. I have called Standard bank numerous times and while sitting on the phone for more than half an hour at a time my oven is still not sorted out why am I paying insurance if when I have a problem it does not get resolved I have now ended up in hospital last week Friday from not eating the right food for almost 2 weeks suffering with gastric reflux, this is not right and I want it escalated to the highest person at Standard Bank I am a customer for over 20 years and this is not proper customer service and this is not the 1st time that I have had a problem with Standard bank insurance and also them bringing incompetent suppliers to check or do the work. Today is the 24-01-2022 and I have still not received a response as to when my oven will be sorted out. I need an urgent response as to what the way forward is as I pay my insurance every month without any issues so why now when I have a problem with my appliance it is not getting sorted out. Very disappointed with the service from Medicross Pinetown went to see Dr Kok at Medicross Pinetown on the 17 August as I was battling with stomachache, bloating and gastric reflux I had previously seen him 2 weeks before for the gastric reflux issues and he gave me some medication but when I went back on the 17th he did not check me instead just said that I need to do blood tests and that the next day he would get results and inform me what the way forward is, it is now almost 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from Dr Kok after calling almost every day at Medicross and also complaining to the nursing staff to no avail and nothing has been done to date, is my health not important to them, utterly disappointed can except this from a government hospital or clinic not from Medicross Pinetown do not think I will be going there in future.
