PATHETIC SERVICE
Do not purchase from Glencara - They will not deliver. I bought my wife a ring for her birthday.Tto be delivered by 20th Jan 2025. To date 24 Feb 2025, still nothing. The bot is useless on the website and the customer care agents are just as useless with just sending me the same tracking number BS not their problem attitude. They use UPS who are just as useless, two weeks looking for a parcel which should have been delivered 4 weeks ago. Will never use either service again.

Stay away from glencara
At place the order on the 2nd of December 2024 I still haven't received my parcel it is a 25th of January 2025 I'm highly disappointed nobody to contact no feedback thank you very much

I ordered a necklace in July 2024. It's now November 2024. My package had no tracking information and they have said they have resent it twice already. After reading reviews I thought it was a legit company. Its definitely not. I don't see how you can profit from resending an order that many times unless you are lying and just taking customers money. Which I feel has happened to me. Don't fall for this **** it's so disappointing because the website is so beautiful I'm very disappointed as I would have reordered.

Glencara - Poor service (non-delivery of goods purchased)
I ordered a necklace from Glencara on the 13May2024 and after a few queries, have still not received the order to date 28Oct2024. I have requested a refund but all I get is automated response asking to create a gift certificate which I do not want. Very poor service and I am highly frustrated

This company is a ****
Ordered a ring from them 12 Jan 2024, its now 10 May 2024, no ring!!! No tracking as proof that they sent it... Customer service is the worst i have encountered in decades... Refusing to refund

Ordered 8 Dec 2023.Tracking: UB007081193IE Order number: 210615412. Invoice: 210395032 Paid $407.99 (this is used to fund a happy customer) Never arrived. Allegedly produced - false. Allegedly dispatched - false. Allegedly being investigated etc etc etc Discovered: No registered address. No legal entity. Incognito online presence. A merry-go-round of promises deflections avoidance referrals investigations etc etc
