The app and website and don't work if the app doesn't open for you which mine is not doing. It has been broken for months now. I have tried many times to log in and this morning I received an OTP to log in. But I have not attempted to do so. This is a potential ***** risk for me this app is completely dangerous and useless. Haven't been able to shop for months, I can't even open a product on the website because it takes you to the app which is never working. I only use the app because the pharmacys are always so slow.
Just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia, can't get a Dr they are all on leave. I used the chat box to speak to Terri on a whim asking about what I can order for myself and I got a reply with the links to the supplements. I wasn't expecting anything to be honest I asked a tough question but I was pleasantly surprised. Been using them since my daughter was born and buy all her baby teething and sleeping drops from them. Such excellent products, everything they choose to be on the website is effective. I'm very glad.
Ordered a few weeks ago. Package arrived with one item missing. I'm still trying to locate it or get a refund. Phones are not answered and emails go unresponded to. It has been weeks. Nothing from Kathy. From what I'm reading online I feel like she is the only employee. I have had no feedback as to what happened to my package. Am I being refunded, is it on the way? Must I reorder? What is going on? I have no idea. Bare in mind this is a baby item. One can't sit for weeks waiting for AN ANSWER. I'm taking it now that I have been ******.
This review is for the nurses only. Special mention to the nurses at Northgate mall - which we go to frequently to get our baby vaccinated. They are always on time and take the appointment seriously filling in the RTHB properly before vaccinating and sending us off. Very good bedside manner especially with infants. They are very loving and caring and understand that the injections are painful for the babies. We had a bad experience at Cradlestone mall previously where the nurse was not as kind. Needless to say we will not be going back. But Northgate mall is highly recommended, especially for infants. Thank you ladies and gents for your warmth, we can see that you are in the profession to help people. Not forgetting the lovely receptionist!
I ordered a necklace in July 2024. It's now November 2024. My package had no tracking information and they have said they have resent it twice already. After reading reviews I thought it was a legit company. Its definitely not. I don't see how you can profit from resending an order that many times unless you are lying and just taking customers money. Which I feel has happened to me. Don't fall for this **** it's so disappointing because the website is so beautiful I'm very disappointed as I would have reordered.
Very poor quality items. I dont know how those prices are tolerated. I bought a gold wallet and after 3 days the colour started peeling. Was very noticeable and embarrassing to use. I also bought a tote bag. The bag is tearing! The stitches are coming undone and the bottom of the bag is ripping. Also so embarrassing! Please don't purchase!!! Money wasted.
I asked the pharmacist what to use instead of deep heat and arnica gel for pain during pregnancy and she said to me "but you're not eating it" as if to say it's fine. Firstly, who speaks that way in a professional environment I asked you because you are supposed to be and expert in your field what kind of people do you hire? Incredibly rude and on top of that not knowledgable at all. She asked her colleague and was shocked to find out that I was right. I just bought a bottle of vicks and left. Is this place struggling financially or do you not care about customers?
Purchased a headboard with two pedestals and a chest of draws with a mirror from Cosmo yesterday (12 July 2023) - it came today! Fantastic. We asked for it in pieces to assemble at home. Very happy with what we have for the price. Very decent furniture. Very friendly staff and delivery gentleman. But no instructions inside the boxes.
Really bad quality food. Rump and bone steak overcooked to the max when ordered medium. Both burnt and chewy. Very rubbery texture. Very cheap meat. Never had worse in a restaurant. Calamari also dripped as if it was cooked from frozen. Sides were slimy - butternut. I have been sick since visiting the restaurant. This restaurant is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Qaulity and consistency does not matter. I think half the food was off. With very bad service. Manager is not helpful.
I cannot get ahold of anyone from this company either by email or phone - email does not go through and phone calls are cut. I simply need to query if you provide boxes and if so how? Or does the client use their own boxes? I am asking for my employer.
