I bought a clothing rail with this company, and they packaged an already used rail. when I tried to call them, their phone was always "busy" and eventually they blocked my number, I then sent them numerous emails they never responded to one email. if you want to throw away your money please buy from them.

had a bad experience from online buying through Prime Picks South Africa. Firstly, the item I bought was misleading advertising. Upon making contact with the company, they agreed to take the item back and have it checked out for faults. They collect the item 2 weeks after purchase, but since July 2025 I tried on numerous occasions to make contact with the company, to no avail. Only once did the sales lady, Kathy Smith send me a mail, apologises for the delay and promised that she would sort it out by end August. It is two months past. I dont have the item, neither my money. Prime Picks is not a reputable online company to do business with. Make sure that whatever you buy from them, you dont need to send it back. You will lose your money and the product you bought. I gave this company one star as they dont deserve more. Rather stick to reputable online businesses like Take a Lot or Amazone.

Ordered a few weeks ago. Package arrived with one item missing. I'm still trying to locate it or get a refund. Phones are not answered and emails go unresponded to. It has been weeks. Nothing from Kathy. From what I'm reading online I feel like she is the only employee. I have had no feedback as to what happened to my package. Am I being refunded, is it on the way? Must I reorder? What is going on? I have no idea. Bare in mind this is a baby item. One can't sit for weeks waiting for AN ANSWER. I'm taking it now that I have been ******.

Bought a Headboard on their website on the 30th of August. Have not heard anything from them yet about delivery etc. Phone number on the website keeps on ringing and goes to an answering machine. No reply on my email or on Messenger...This is very concerning and not how you do business.
