Do not purchase from Glencara - They will not deliver. I bought my wife a ring for her birthday.Tto be delivered by 20th Jan 2025. To date 24 Feb 2025, still nothing. The bot is useless on the website and the customer care agents are just as useless with just sending me the same tracking number BS not their problem attitude. They use UPS who are just as useless, two weeks looking for a parcel which should have been delivered 4 weeks ago. Will never use either service again.

I have tried calling multiple times to inquire about the status of a parcel I am expecting, but my calls go unanswered. Additionally, the bot on your website provides no meaningful assistance and fails to address my concerns, leaving me without any information about the whereabouts of my package. This lack of communication and failure to resolve customer inquiries is highly disappointing and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect timely and effective support when I need assistance.
