Good with the main panel work and overall job, but finer details are just shrugged off. You'll have to force every issue and these guys do not want to communicate via email or in writing.
If you have an expensive car don't bring it here. Scratches on the car/tint, etc will be taken as a joke and be seen as your problem. If you need cameras aligned you'll have a note lifted up in your direction. And they think their customers are a joke.
"I don't think we need VPS" - while explaining why the VPS is put on poorly "I didn't see an issue" - while explaining why the cameras aren't fixed
Badges falling off the back of the car, scratched internal window tinting, panels not put on/aligning correctly.
If I didn't project manage this car and push it then I'd likely have never gotten it back while paying 20k a month for it. In the beginning we agreed on the cameras, the VPS, etc "That will all be done, don't worry" - then "Ah, we didn't know we had to do that"
This car has become a full time job because Global likely already got paid and stopped caring.
