I was in rear-ended and the repair work was referred to Global Autobody by my insurer. I received my car on Thursday, 25 September. Repairs were completed within 3 weeks of submitting my car. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle which was clean and neat on receipt. The rental fee for the courtesy vehicle was in my mind very affordable. I am extremely satisfied with the service received from Global Autobody and am in a position to recommend them and their workmanship any day. The job was completed neatly and efficiently. I was notified throughout the process of what was happening to my vehicle and how far the progress was on the repairs. Interactions with Global Autobody were professional and courteous.

Just wanted to say thank you to Mynhardt and team for the professional service i received when my Polo VW went to them for repairs. From walking into the reception area, you feel welcome, i was kept up to date on the progress of my car and even received personal calls from Mynhardt to update me. The paintwork is beyond comparison the white paint is beautiful. I would really recommend them any day. Well Done and keep up the good work.

From walking into the reception area, you feel welcome, i was kept up to date on the progress of my car and even received personal calls from Mynhardt to update me. Good with the main panel work and overall job, but finer details are just shrugged off. You'll have to force every issue and these guys do not want to communicate via email or in writing. If you have an expensive car don't bring it here. Scratches on the car/tint, etc will be taken as a joke and be seen as your problem. If you need cameras aligned you'll have a note lifted up in your direction. And they think their customers are a joke. "I don't think we need VPS" - while explaining why the VPS is put on poorly "I didn't see an issue" - while explaining why the cameras aren't fixed Badges falling off the back of the car, scratched internal window tinting, panels not put on/aligning correctly. If I didn't project manage this car and push it then I'd likely have never gotten it back while paying 20k a month for it. In the beginning we agreed on the cameras, the VPS, etc "That will all be done, don't worry" - then "Ah, we didn't know we had to do that" This car has become a full time job because Global likely already got paid and stopped caring.
