I have been a loyal customer at Apple Tree Meadowdale, as they always have excellent specials, today was no exception, But unfortunately I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after going through till number 5 manned by Liada Ndou. What a rude, bad attitude this woman has, I asked for one of the thin plastic bags they for rolls, to put my chopped onions in, I have always been assisted in the friendliest ways, but not by Liada, she flately said NO we don't have bags, she can only use one of the Apple Tree shopping bags, didn't bother to even look for the other bags, so I paid for an additional shopping bag only to find the thinner white bags at one of the other tills,. I don't mind paying for bags but why refuse to assist it was not a ridiculous request, I ask for the extra thin bag as the onions leave a strong smell in my car. In my opinion send LIada on a customer care course or find out why she is is miserable to your customers
This is my second time having Vumatel technicians come out to my home snd what an amazing experience. Technicians are friendly helpful and fast. I will recommend their services anytime

I had an accident on 14 October 2025 at about 07:45, and the service I received from OUTsurance was nothing short of spectacular. The tow truck arrived within 10 minutes. By the time I got to work, I already had emails confirming receipt of my car and where it was taken. The assessor was assigned the very next day, my claim was approved, and my car was sent to the panel beaters without delay. I also received my Avis replacement car quickly and without any hassle. In this economy, good service is rare — but OUTsurance truly delivered. I know exactly where my car is, my claim is approved, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Outstanding service all around — 10/10!
If I could give this company no stars I would, I have never dealt with such a terrible staff member named Nozipho, who refused to give me her surname. She basically treated me like an idiot that couldn't think or press phone buttons. Managers take note, bad staff makes you lose business. The delivery was resolved but being so badly treated by a staff member will not go down well
I had a car from Avis and had to pay R2700.00 deposit as I don't have a credit card, it has been 3 weeks with no refund I have emailed them and they have not bothered to get back tome. I had an email from Caroline, asking for my banking details, but to do date nothihng BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!

I was recently involved in an accident in which my vehicle was written off. From the tow away of my vehicle to the payout for my claim, Miway friendly staff advised me off all the steps going forward. The time taken to finalise my claim was a pleasant surprise, thank you Miway for looking out for me. Once I get my new vehicle I will be back at Miway.
