Vehicle booking lost after one hour delay in pick-up
I arrived at 10h45 to pick up a vehicle I had reserved for 9am that morning (for a total of 12 days rental) only to find that there was no vehicle, as they only hold the vehicle for 1 hour and then give it to other customers. I find this very strange, when the vehicle is reserved for such a long time. I have now been waiting for 5 hours for them to get another vehicle for me. Still waiting.... I find this quite unacceptable and very bad customer engagement. The lady at the desk is doing her best, but as company policy essentially changes the booking if the customer has not picked it up within an hour, there is not much more she can do than also wait for another vehicle to come in. What a strange way to conduct business and I am pretty sure I will not be back again!

No refund of my deposit
Rented a car for 2 months at R2700pm plus R2700 deposit, got a flat tyre, they told us insurance doesnt cover it and we have to sort it out ourselves.. gave the car back, now we're waiting to get our deposit back and its 2 weeks past the 14 working days wait. Its now been longer than a month since we've returned the car. They dont reply to ANY emails, and the phone number on their website doesnt work... please help

Bad Service, Worse Attitude - Save Yourselves
This Car Rental company is a scam. They took 7000 Rand from me saying they would refund the balance in my account in 14 days. During the 9 day period that I had the car, the car was broken into. The insurance didnt cover it but they told me it should cost 600 Rand. Even if I consider the 600 rand in addition to the 4680 (520X9) the total is 5280. It's been a month since I have been waiting for my refund, but basically if they take your money, it'll theirs to keep and you'll never see it back. I have a record of 6 emails I have sent to them but not had a reply
