I have just been renovating my bathroom and bought tiles from CTM. I now have a wall with three different shades of what was supposed to be the exact same tile and it looks horrible. Have contacted the customer service for advice and asked for a consultant to come and take a look but no response so far. I hope to hear something soon. Any other individuals out there thinking about tiling - you may have to check each individual tile, as CTM seems not to be able to guarantee delivering the same tiles between boxes. Prepare yourself for a colourful wall even if you did not want one.
Bought Airtime online through the Vodacom App and on the last step there was an error. The money has come off my credit card, but the airtime has not been credited to my phone. Tried the online chat and was thrown out ('your chat has been ended'), then tried calling the helpline and again did not get anywhere - told there were high caller volumes and I should chat tot TOBI the chatbot, or call back later and then was thrown out of the call. No option to just stay in a waiting line.... Very bad service Vodacom!
I arrived at 10h45 to pick up a vehicle I had reserved for 9am that morning (for a total of 12 days rental) only to find that there was no vehicle, as they only hold the vehicle for 1 hour and then give it to other customers. I find this very strange, when the vehicle is reserved for such a long time. I have now been waiting for 5 hours for them to get another vehicle for me. Still waiting.... I find this quite unacceptable and very bad customer engagement. The lady at the desk is doing her best, but as company policy essentially changes the booking if the customer has not picked it up within an hour, there is not much more she can do than also wait for another vehicle to come in. What a strange way to conduct business and I am pretty sure I will not be back again!
I called Cell C Customer Centre sometime in May about a query on my April invoice. I was given a reference number and told that I would be contacted. I then got an email to say that my query was passed on, but then never heard about a resolution. <br> I then lodged another query via the website, now for two different queries on two invoices. Again, I received the automated reference number and for one of them, received an sms that read: \Good day. Thank you for contacting Cell C. Please be advised that your validation has been completed and the usage is valid. Regards Cell C."<br> I then sent an email asking what this meant? It was essentially telling me to just believe CellC that they were right"
