I am absolutely shocked at how you handled my case... It took months and months for an investigation at which the end result was that your staff member simply said he didn't say that (which let me be one hundred percent clear.... He VERY clearly advised me to send my bill through to medical aid AND told me that if they rejected it, I would only be liable for the cash rate quoted... Which was R462). But.... After months of a "so-called" investigation... He simply said he say that and that was that. I had to pay an EXTRA R1000 for that. Firstly, let me tell you that you handled this shockingly, secondly, the customer is always right, thirdly, if it's a he said, she said, why does he get believed and I have to take the penalty, fourthly, it is disgusting the rate you charge medical aid compared to cash prices.... Shame on you.
I have paid the bill I was FORCED into paying...may karma be kind to you.
