This people are scam, last year I went to them to do some bloods after I had Covid, my doctor wrote on my script what should be done and when bi came secretary said they are doing all those bloods, she didn't know one that was written and she called her doctor and they were told what to do only to find that my Doctor called me and advised me that they did wrong bloods not what she wrote on a script, they even did a test of something that I am on chronic treatment for and my doctor did say medical aid won't pay for that, I contacted them and I was told someone will call back but they didn't, called back several times they ended up giving me a number for some Nigerian guy by the name of David who is a doctor, I called him and explain and he said he will call back, that was in January and till to date he is calling back, I ended up sending email to their head office but they did not respond to my email, sent follow up email and still no feedback. These people are scam and now they send me this following message:Your Target laboratories account remains unpaid. Please settle or arrange monthly debit order deduction to avoid handover to attorneys. Banking details Capitec Bank Account Nr: 1662245376 Branch code:470010 contact details 0114766949 clientservices@nicol-davis.co.za or WhatsApp 0619663005

I am absolutely shocked at how you handled my case... It took months and months for an investigation at which the end result was that your staff member simply said he didn't say that (which let me be one hundred percent clear.... He VERY clearly advised me to send my bill through to medical aid AND told me that if they rejected it, I would only be liable for the cash rate quoted... Which was R462). But.... After months of a "so-called" investigation... He simply said he say that and that was that. I had to pay an EXTRA R1000 for that. Firstly, let me tell you that you handled this shockingly, secondly, the customer is always right, thirdly, if it's a he said, she said, why does he get believed and I have to take the penalty, fourthly, it is disgusting the rate you charge medical aid compared to cash prices.... Shame on you. I have paid the bill I was FORCED into paying...may karma be kind to you.

Good Day my Mum is currently having an issue with the above company Global Clinical & Viral Laboratory They did some tests for her which she though her medical aid covered only to discover she has to pay for it herself. She made the payment and sent POP. Now every other day Debt collectors on behalf of the company form Boulderson Enquirers keep calling her and harassing her to pay. When she asks for statement as to much does she owe the account says zero balance. This is very frustrating as different people keep calling her.
