They are bunch of ****mers, not answering calls, WhaatsApp and email. Spoke to Nolan and Jason but no joy, they sent wrong order and it was a hustle to contact, I have sent parcel back but still they have not refunded me. I tried calling several times.on 0110482402?
My cousin Ntuthuko Mkhize does not have an ID and Birth and we requested help since he is 38 and can't work because every job wants ID, he even tried to commit suicide.He was told that they will get back to him in August but when following up no one answers.please find the attached correspondence.
I am ****ed with Auto and general, I sent an email advising them that my Pay date has changed and no one called me and I ended up calling them myself and the lady that I spoke to advised that Debit Order was moved to month end and on their App it was showing that it was moved and also instalment due bit when it was month end boom a double debit and that affected my Medical Aid debit order returned unpaid hence I had enough money. I am really ****ed because since I have joined they have been giving me hustles.
This people are scam, last year I went to them to do some bloods after I had Covid, my doctor wrote on my script what should be done and when bi came secretary said they are doing all those bloods, she didn't know one that was written and she called her doctor and they were told what to do only to find that my Doctor called me and advised me that they did wrong bloods not what she wrote on a script, they even did a test of something that I am on chronic treatment for and my doctor did say medical aid won't pay for that, I contacted them and I was told someone will call back but they didn't, called back several times they ended up giving me a number for some Nigerian guy by the name of David who is a doctor, I called him and explain and he said he will call back, that was in January and till to date he is calling back, I ended up sending email to their head office but they did not respond to my email, sent follow up email and still no feedback. These people are scam and now they send me this following message:Your Target laboratories account remains unpaid. Please settle or arrange monthly debit order deduction to avoid handover to attorneys. I am not happy with Bonitas Boncap Option,for the past 6 years I have been in this option,they use to give us 12 consultations a year but this year only 7. I have a sickly child and 7 is not enough and I am also on chronic and 7 visits not enough. Contributions increased every year and its even worse this year cause contributions increased but but benefits decreased,how is that possible. Even list of hospitals is now terrible.Bonitas is now reaping us off. I earn a very low salary and I wont be able to pay doctors from my pocket when visits are exhausted because I have already paid my contributions.
