Worst experience cancelling, month to month that I didn't ask for from Telkom. I have been calling, and been put on hold so many times, I have tried emailing and the emails keep bouncing back. I even went to the store, and got the cancellation department is not available. I would like to cancel the month to month, that I did not ask for after my contract ended.
Worst delivery service, the communication has been very disappointing. They only send one sms that delivery is between 8 and 6pm. They don't bother calling when they on their way or even arrive. This is the 2nd time i have waited at the office all day and no one arrived, today at 5pm after i called the whole day, they updated my delivery to non delivery, Then at 6pm after i have long left the office, they decide to show up. No phone call no sms nothing. Its been 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my package. The lack of communication is very frustrating
Good Day, I am having a terrible time regarding my smart shopper points. I was buying items worth R116, I had a R100 voucher and asked the cashier at Pick n Pay benmore to use R16 of my points. She used all my points which I then asked her to reverse. She tried to reverse and void the card and said i should have my points back the next day, as i ended up paying the R16 difference cash. My points are still not back, i have called smart shopper line many times and get told a different story. First time i called directly from the pick n pay and was told i would get my points back, Its been 3weeks now and i still haven't got my points back This is very upsetting as R25 worth of points goes a long way, and now i have just lost them like that

I was travelling from Newcastle back to JHB and forgot to pour petrol before leaving, the first petrol station had no petrol i started to panic and logged a call with miway i was assisted by Ntokozo Mjokan, he tried hid best to get me help with petrol but was unsuccessful i decided to drive on reserve to the nest petrol station 30km away. The whole way there he kept calling me asking me if im okay and if i had made it, he also connected me with the security company and were tracking my location. Ntokozo was really helpfull and kept me calming as i was traveling with my daughter. I didn't like the fact that the petrol assistance option didn't come assist me, but im happy that Ntokozo was there to assit me over the phone. Regards Ofentse
I placed an order for Kids juice Rhodes on the 5th of April 2019, till today the 30th of April i have no received my order. I called in after the 16th o f April and was told its till in progress, i called in again and was told the store at Stuben valley where i was going to collect from did not have the juice. Whats very frustrating is that no communication was made to say that the store does not have the order and maybe i could have fetched it at another store. I had to call in to get the information. I called in again to ask if they can find it at another store and still no feedback. Today i called in to cancel my order and was put on hold for 10 minutes eventually the call cut. I have orded before and never had such problems i am very disappointed. This has been a waste of time and airtime to call. From Ofentse
Good Day my Mum is currently having an issue with the above company Global Clinical & Viral Laboratory They did some tests for her which she though her medical aid covered only to discover she has to pay for it herself. She made the payment and sent POP. Now every other day Debt collectors on behalf of the company form Boulderson Enquirers keep calling her and harassing her to pay. When she asks for statement as to much does she owe the account says zero balance. This is very frustrating as different people keep calling her.
I called trans union on the 24th of July to unlock my account so i can view my free report. When i called the lady who helped me, recommended i take the once off fee of 321 to get a monthly report. I agreed but after 10minutes i changed my mind and called for the charge to be cancelled. The guy who helped me said it has been cancelled. Today i got just got notification that the amount was debited off my account I want it reversed immediately Regards Ofentse
