Good Day my Mum is currently having an issue with the above company Global Clinical & Viral Laboratory

They did some tests for her which she though her medical aid covered only to discover she has to pay for it herself. She made the payment and sent POP. Now every other day Debt collectors on behalf of the company form Boulderson Enquirers keep calling her and harassing her to pay. When she asks for statement as to much does she owe the account says zero balance.

This is very frustrating as different people keep calling her.
