My interaction with Tash at Global Visa in KZN branch was extremely stressful. I feel I was mislead by Global Visa / Tash, not divulging a reason why my visa was rejected. This is after I made payment of R2400 and was told that it is not refundable. I feel that I should be compensated, as another attempt through a different agent was approved. I also do not like the way she communicates by saying "Have a lovely day" by giving you bad news, the last thing you feel after being rejected, is having a lovely day!!!!!!
