My interaction with Tash at Global Visa in KZN branch was extremely stressful. I feel I was mislead by Global Visa / Tash, not divulging a reason why my visa was rejected. This is after I made payment of R2400 and was told that it is not refundable. I feel that I should be compensated, as another attempt through a different agent was approved. I also do not like the way she communicates by saying "Have a lovely day" by giving you bad news, the last thing you feel after being rejected, is having a lovely day!!!!!!
Kudos to Mr Price Sport Ballito Junction! Zanele and her Team ordered the Sport shirts sizes that were not available online and instore from another branch. I was told it could take up to two weeks but was surprised when they called me the next day to let me know the sport shirts have arrived. Thank you again for thinking out the box and for delivering excellent services and for me leaving the store as a HAPPY CUSTOMER!

The technician at the Incredible connection at Billito Junction made me purchase a cartridge that cost me R900, there is nothing wrong with the printer. But with the new cartridge it still did not print and he then told me that I must take the computer to Ensure HP8630 . I called Ensure that is all the way in Springfield, they never answer or return calls and on my arrival, I was told that the printer has been discontinued! What a horrible experience as I has just moved to Ballito from Johannesburg. The Technician at Incredible corruption, I mean connection was not helpful, I just did not feel that I was wanted and will never go back there! Ensure do not return messages or answer their phones and make on drive 30 km +, only to be told they can not assist. So now I sit with a faulty printer and brand new black 934 XL cartridge! Very unpleasant Experience!!!! If anyone can assist or would like to buy and try and fix the HP8630 printer and new cartridge, you can call me on 0834411487, Ricky
