Pathetic money *****ing company

Absolutely horrible company! If I could give zero srars I would. I ordered a machine I September, still no communication from this company. I had to follow up with the seller in December. I was promised a full refund. Although a 35% cancelation fee would be liable if the client (me) canceled. A full refund was issues and credit notes were made and the very next day the owner decided to twist and say no I'm not getting it back. Still have not received a sent !
