WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE
Received VERY poor service from this company, bought a car cash with a maintenance plan, yet with my first service they workshop broke my air box , 2nd service they did not put back my petrol filter correctly so my car lost all it's petrol and then I was repaid with 3 liters of petrol??? Took the car in as the engine light keeps appearing, seems my car is going into limp mode due to it having acceleration problems - feedback from the company is I should ride with the car going into limp mode for 7 days until they get the correct parts as there is no car available for me to drive with (as per the words from the lady behind the desk , only special causes get service cars) LIMP MODE DUE TO ACCELERATION PROBLEMS : My car looses power in the middle of no where example turning at a robot with on coming traffic the car will loose any and all power to drive in the middle of the turn , I do however have a 7 year old daughter and a wife whom is 5 months pregnant driving to and from work with me everyday so hopeful for Imperials sake another car does not hit us due to the loss of power. VERY POOR SERVICE I will never recommend anyone buy from this company , they give you excellent service when you buy the car after words you mean nothing!

31 Oct 2019, 07:57You will never guess, after the Manager Mr Johan phoned me to tell me he is busy organizing a car for me to drive with since it is very unsafe for my family to drive in our vehicle , then not delivering as promises after then ignoring my phone calls , I received a phone call from their very unprofessional company to inform me my part is now available. Took in my vehicle today to be fixed , wait for the best part, Mr Johan then told me " I should have been a man an confronted him personally as I never tried to contact him - yet he phoned me to organize me a car to drive with, then he told me " how can you be so useless as to let your child and wife drive in this bakkie, do you not want to make something of your life? This coming from a manager at Opel/Imperial GM Bloemfontein, I am speechless that after everything I have been through with this company the manager has the audacity to basically tell me that I can not afford a bigger bakkie or a better bakkie perhaps this after I bought the vehicle cash with a full service and maintenance plan. VERY DISGUSTED !
