A very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.

Isuzu bakkie on a farm doesnt work,replaced my loadbin in march they took out the old tail lights of old bin to put in new loadbin. We are in oktober and its craking again. Now they have rejected to fix it and the new tail light that i bought has broken out of loadbin dew to the cracked loadbin.thanks isuzu. Never in my life again.!!!!!!!!!!.

I made a big mistake by buying a vehicle from GM Imperial motors Vereeniging. I took my car after it overheated on 10/10/2019. The car is still under 60 000 km. I always have to phone to ask about progress. I do not get value for my money. Even a person driving a 2nd hand or 20 years old car is far in a better position than I am. I escalated the matter to their headquarters and still no one bothers to call me.

Received VERY poor service from this company, bought a car cash with a maintenance plan, yet with my first service they workshop broke my air box , 2nd service they did not put back my petrol filter correctly so my car lost all it's petrol and then I was repaid with 3 liters of petrol??? Took the car in as the engine light keeps appearing, seems my car is going into limp mode due to it having acceleration problems - feedback from the company is I should ride with the car going into limp mode for 7 days until they get the correct parts as there is no car available for me to drive with (as per the words from the lady behind the desk , only special causes get service cars) LIMP MODE DUE TO ACCELERATION PROBLEMS : My car looses power in the middle of no where example turning at a robot with on coming traffic the car will loose any and all power to drive in the middle of the turn , I do however have a 7 year old daughter and a wife whom is 5 months pregnant driving to and from work with me everyday so hopeful for Imperials sake another car does not hit us due to the loss of power. VERY POOR SERVICE I will never recommend anyone buy from this company , they give you excellent service when you buy the car after words you mean nothing!

I am not happy with this company above(GM imperial vereeniging ), by the 15 may this year i sent my mums car to be fixed! The car can not start even nw. I sent it there couse i wanted to get the best service with profetional mechanics, bt those guys they keep dissapointing me every day couse clearly they can not fix the car, i allowed them to buy all the parts theysaid needs to be changed!so that the car can be fixed, As i am writting now , Our invoice with them is sitting at R57 000.00 (it seens as if i an buyinh onother car) bt still the car is not fixed, 1st the car is not mine, its my mums car, i am suppose to take the car to Easten Cape by wednesday bt that won’nt happen couse it seen as if evn by then there will be no good news! Firstly, i waited for the hole month for a part that was on back order, now its almost a month they did put the part, now i am getting stories of the wiaring staff that does not pass power, i realy do not understant, i phoned the manager couple of times, sometime i drive there and waist my petrol still it seens as if i am not serous, m wrried about my mother, what does she think of me, we do have money, why they can not fix? Or if possible if they can take off all the parts that they did put to that car nd return my car original parts, i wil take it some else... i feel like they do not give them enough time to have a look with that car please assist, i realy need help the car its a crueze 2014 model automatic diesel 2l.... please assist????????

I'm not happy with the service of this company.My car is still under warranty as I bought it 2 years back. I took it to them on the 25th March to fix the hooter as it's not working and put on a new beam light.The lady in front desk asked if it's still under warranty and she checked the information,the mechanic was also asked to go check on that hooter and light.The receptionist told me the parts will be available after 3 working days. Got a call from the receptionist Renikie on Friday the 5th asking me problem of my car which I had to relate again,and she asked where's my car I told her it's with me I waz still waiting for those ordered parts.She promised that I'll get the call when parts have arrived.I went to that garage on Wed the 10th to find out what's happening. The very same receptionist went to enquire from their office of which I was told it was not yet available,and I lost my cool and gave them a bit of my mind,they just ignored me..I feel there's something wrong with this garage as I once heard that their company is moving or sold...they are taking me for a ride and I want my car fixed because traffic officers warned me about that hooter..

My vehicle was overheating while I was on vacation on the 02.12.2018 in kzn my car was towed in at Umhlanga GM then I was given a curtesy car to come back home in Vereeniging then sometime late December they called that my vehicle has been delivered to GM Vereeniging, I went to collect it as I drove out it was overheating again then I called them to come collect it again, they said because they don’t know what Umhlanga did to the car they will call them and find out what had happened. A day later GM Vereeniging calls me to say that my vehicle engine is damaged and they are going to get authorization to fix it, two weeks later I call to find out what was happening I was told the people are on leave and nothing had been done, I called customer care they had no clue what was happening and the person who was handling my case was always either on lunch or on leave but never called me back, I then asked that the manager called me which has never happened till now and as I speak to you my vehicle is still with them and I have no idea what is happening. Please assist!

I am so disgusted in the service received at the Kimberley Branch. Phakamile Mabija Street. Vehicle has been booked in on numerous occasions at their Workshop. Every time it's something different. I've been to the branch personally, spike to the then Workshop Manager. Believe me he had an answer for every slip up. It was then already discovered that not all our problems on the vehicle as being reported are recorded on their system. So today the car goes in again, guess what? We need to pay for them to do a diagnostic on a problem which was reported previously, not resolved and once again NOT RECORDED ON ANY JOB CARD!!! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS BULL****. These guys know how to bug you around.

We need to pay for them to do a diagnostic on a problem which was reported previously, not resolved and once again NOT RECORDED ON ANY JOB CARD!!! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS BULL****. These guys know how to bug you around.
