Contracted MIWAY tow trucks are reliable
My wife had a breakdow on 2019/12/10. i made a call to Miway and the tow truck reached the scene within 50 minutes as promised. this was great. "Keep up the good work"

Poor Customer Service
I made a big mistake by buying a vehicle from GM Imperial motors Vereeniging. I took my car after it overheated on 10/10/2019. The car is still under 60 000 km. I always have to phone to ask about progress. I do not get value for my money. Even a person driving a 2nd hand or 20 years old car is far in a better position than I am. I escalated the matter to their headquarters and still no one bothers to call me.
