Today I ordered Spur via Mr Delivery, My order was as follows : Buffalo Wings and Rib Combo , wings spicy , ribs BBQ. Received my order with ALL of my food cramped into one small foil BAG - so the ribs looked like pork chops with no basting but since my wings was in there too, my wings had some BBQ basting on them yet no durkey sauce, so I had BBQ wings instead - Phoned the spur from I ordered the food kind enough I put the food back exactly as delivered because this was unacceptable from my point of view - the lady answering the phone responded : This is how the combo have been delivered for a few years now as this is the bags spur receive from head office , I told the lady I ordered my wings spicy and ribs BBQ how can you put them together in one bag and then not even giving me a Durkey sauce for my wings, her response was she will go and ask the kitchen if there was durkey sauce in my order and phone me back, I have been waiting a veeery long time for the phone call . VERY POOR SERVICE FROM SPUR - Wish I could have uploaded a photo but since I am 5 months pregnant the hunger was a bit too much since I received no feedback.
Received VERY poor service from this company, bought a car cash with a maintenance plan, yet with my first service they workshop broke my air box , 2nd service they did not put back my petrol filter correctly so my car lost all it's petrol and then I was repaid with 3 liters of petrol??? Took the car in as the engine light keeps appearing, seems my car is going into limp mode due to it having acceleration problems - feedback from the company is I should ride with the car going into limp mode for 7 days until they get the correct parts as there is no car available for me to drive with (as per the words from the lady behind the desk , only special causes get service cars) LIMP MODE DUE TO ACCELERATION PROBLEMS : My car looses power in the middle of no where example turning at a robot with on coming traffic the car will loose any and all power to drive in the middle of the turn , I do however have a 7 year old daughter and a wife whom is 5 months pregnant driving to and from work with me everyday so hopeful for Imperials sake another car does not hit us due to the loss of power. VERY POOR SERVICE I will never recommend anyone buy from this company , they give you excellent service when you buy the car after words you mean nothing!
