I have to correct my previous review, I just don't know how to find it and edit it, so I am writing a new review. It has come to light that TakeAlot was at fault for the return process of the air purifier. And GMC so generously took the punch for it, and offered me a full refund, and even followed up whether TakeAlot has refunded me. And again TakeAlot credited my account, but only as a gift voucher, meaning the amount is non-refundable and I am forced to spend my money at TakeAlot. However this review is on GMC's exceptional service in prioritizing customer care satisfaction above profit, which has leaved an everlasting good impression on me, also telling me they highly value core values over profit. And I can without a doubt say if I am ever in a position to purchase an aircon I will pleasantly find pleasure in supproting GMC airconditioning. They have by far outshined any and all customer care level service of any company I have ever received! :-) Thank you so much dear Gareth, I will gladly support you when I am going to look into purchasing an air conditioning unit, as all your units have such good reviews on top of this exceptional service. Thank you for valueing custimer care over profit, I can't think of a single other company, that still has that core values instilled in their service! You are absolutely remarkable!
