. I was promised that a call was logged for this and it won’t take more than 1 week. Finally after 3 weeks (see mails attached for past 2 months only) the router software was upgraded after I threatened to through the router in the street. Two days later the power went off and once again we were back to the orange ball and fibre not working. I once AGAIN called and Corne told me a service agent will phone back. Just as always, this didn’t happen and I believe she is in management (poor management)! I phoned again and the agent helped me to reset the router via my computer. Luckily I wrote down the steps on how to do it. Ever since I have been resetting my own router as its costing me money to keep on phoning. Since the upgrade 13 Dec when the upgrade was conducted our fiber still take a dip for about 10sec min 8 times a day.
