I previously had a very poor experience with Go Connect and was extremely disappointed with both the customer service and internet reliability. However, I’m happy to say that things have completely turned around — all thanks to Don Read. Don went above and beyond to resolve the ongoing issues I was facing, showing genuine care, professionalism, and determination to make things right. Under his leadership, I truly believe Go Connect is in good hands and headed in the right direction.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Clovis, who has consistently been helpful no matter the size of the issue. He’s a true champion and a credit to the team.
