If you are looking for outstanding customer service then I would highly recommend Andries Zietsman of Go Rugged in Midrand. We smashed a phone yesterday afternoon that we bought from another supplier with atrocious customer service. One phone call to Andries and he came back to say unfortunately they can't assist with that model as they never stocked it, offered us a cost effective alternative phone, delivered it to our door in Randburg this morning! Never would I have imagined, that customer retention was so imperative to a cellphone company, that they would physically get into their car to deliver one handset, BUT, this is the reason it is now the third phone we have purchased from Andries in less than a year.
