-Very poor communication (except to ask for money)
-No directions to house (10A Makana) or a message to explain the house is a partial construction site or any information whatsoever
-Quick response to complaints while we were there, but no support when we requested a partial refund for a home that is not worth the premium nightly rate it is charging
-Took 2 weeks to forward me the owner's response to my requests.
-Really unprofessional and unsupportive of guest, especially considering we have been Gobundu customers for 15 years and have referred numerous friends to them. Very disappointing
