So after getting on a Go George bus I asked the driver to tickets so I have a extra ticket for my return trip after work, first he gives me 2 and stamps both of them at the same time making my second ticket void, I told him he made a mistake and got a reply along the lines of "me no understand problem", I payed double for one trip due to incompetence.
Trying to explain to the busdriver several times that the second ticket was a spare eventually had me so frustrated that I just accepted it and moved to my seat, if that was not bad enough he also gave me the incorrect change and would not rectify this error.
Really really bad service, people doing this kind of job should atleast be able to communicate in two south african languages so things like this does not happen.
Do not understand how someone that cannot get R50-R20 = 30 right and is not fluent in english can be in a position that requires these basic s****s every single day. Very dissapointed.
