I came not for once but several times and Stan in a queue to load the bus card ,the service is very poor staff working at the till counters doesn’t even greet and they are always angry shouting at commuters .the behaviour is not acceptable this needs to be addressed as these buses are for the municipality and not theirs .customer service requires one to be friendly and welcoming at all times.i will report this to the Head of the Municipality as well .

This is a great bus service. There are even communication Champions on the busses to assist people with there route planning. The busses are clean and its beautiful. I just had the best experience with this bus service. Keep up the good work guys. One last thing the sprinters they can even accommodate a wheelchair ♿. This was the best thing. For a small city like george great guys. Hope you will expand this service to other smaller towns that they can also experience this good thing you are running.

This is a great bus service. There are even communication Champions on the busses to assist people with there route planning. The busses are clean and its beautiful. I just had the best experience with this bus service. Keep up the good work guys. One last thing the sprinters they can even accommodate a wheelchair ♿. This was the best thing. For a small city like george great guys. Hope you will expand this service to other smaller towns that they can also experience this good thing you are running.

There is nothing being done regarding moving the bus stop directly in front of our front door. Not only is it a security risk with the people that are genuinely waiting for the bus sometimes for up to an hour. They literally look into our house, into our lounge because of the position of the bus stop. We have two young children that are visible from the bus stop when they are playing in the lounge. Those that are not genuinely waiting for a bus have a free pass to pretend they are so that they can survey our entry point and lounge . Nothing is being done about this?!? For three years!!! We keep getting shunted from call center to this person to that person. I even tried on Facebook to get someone to help. To no avail. Just got told to email Go George yet again. Can I hold GoGeorge liable if we have a security issue? As GoGeorge is making it extremely easy for our entry point and lounge to be surveyed for long periods of time. It has been nearly three years of having people watching us as we enter our front door and exit. Having people stare into our house, into our living space. We have gone through the channels and e mailed as the GoGeorge call center has told us. Why is GoGeorge doing nothing? We have e mail correspondence with various people as we are told to contact this person then that person. Not one other bus stop on our road is positioned directly in front of the front door of someone’s home. This is a priority for us for the bus stop to be moved. And we can’t even get a proper response and get shunted from person to person. We have proof that Go George is doing nothing as per our e mails to them, from May 2017 until now, where all the correspondence from Go George is about contacting someone else or awaiting feedback. Does it take 3 YEARS to get feedback?!? At our wits end!!! Our security and privacy is literally in the hands of a company that seems to be completely inefficient and dismissive of a security issue. The safety of our family is compromised every day because of Go George. Disgusted with their inefficiency and not doing anything about this. They’ve handed our routine straight to would be criminals and have made it extremely easy to survey our house and see what is inside!!!!

On 10/03/2018 at 13:07 waiting at the Oakhurst bust stop for go George bus the driver saw me and stopped behind the big rosedale bus. He obviously got tired of waiting for the big bus to finish and just drove off leaving his passengers confused as he saw us he just had to wait for the big bus to leave this is a repeat occurance at thus stop they get annoyed at the large bus drivers and leave passengers whofl flagged the. Down I had to walk to the hub to catch the 13:30 bus where the drive very cheekly said he won't pick up passengers who just ****ed a smoke so please advise why a customer payi l g often has to be denied being picked up because he saw you throw your smoke away long prior to boarding the bus ?

So after getting on a Go George bus I asked the driver to tickets so I have a extra ticket for my return trip after work, first he gives me 2 and stamps both of them at the same time making my second ticket void, I told him he made a mistake and got a reply along the lines of "me no understand problem", I payed double for one trip due to incompetence. Trying to explain to the busdriver several times that the second ticket was a spare eventually had me so frustrated that I just accepted it and moved to my seat, if that was not bad enough he also gave me the incorrect change and would not rectify this error. Really really bad service, people doing this kind of job should atleast be able to communicate in two south african languages so things like this does not happen. Do not understand how someone that cannot get R50-R20 = 30 right and is not fluent in english can be in a position that requires these basic s****s every single day. Very dissapointed.
