We ordered two bluetooth communication devices for motorcycle use. Upon arrival one had a few problems and we immediately asked them to ADVISE us on refund/return policy. They decided themselves that they will replace the item never asking if this is what we wanted. We returned both items as we found issues with the other unit as well. Needless to say it's been four weeks of back and forth relatedly telling them we want our refund they have sent us replacements 5 times now completely ignoring our very clear request of refund!!! We now get an email saying only one will be refunded and the other replaced Wich is once again not what we asked for. Stupid people you are dealing with have zero brain cells or cannot read clearly. Will never use them again ever
On 10/03/2018 at 13:07 waiting at the Oakhurst bust stop for go George bus the driver saw me and stopped behind the big rosedale bus. He obviously got tired of waiting for the big bus to finish and just drove off leaving his passengers confused as he saw us he just had to wait for the big bus to leave this is a repeat occurance at thus stop they get annoyed at the large bus drivers and leave passengers whofl flagged the. Down I had to walk to the hub to catch the 13:30 bus where the drive very cheekly said he won't pick up passengers who just ****ed a smoke so please advise why a customer payi l g often has to be denied being picked up because he saw you throw your smoke away long prior to boarding the bus ?
I'm in contact with Lungile ( whom is usually quite good) from your company and I had two agents try call me on Monday. I did explain Mondays aren't good for me ( they did try call ) original at 12:00 then again at 13:00. I was not able to take the calls as I work in insurance and cant always take calls. I asked that they call me on TEUSDAY at 12:15 as I made sure I was free during this time. I have not had any communication from the office since and I urgently need to get a consolidation quote form them
i have logged various enquiry reports and calling the line witch you hold on for too long proof ive logged different requests for an agent to contact me request numbers received but no contact made as yet 291647 13 October 291647 13 October after missing the chatbot 292377 16October now can anyone in billings simply respond as I provided my contact details clearly on the forms and I require the amount TO SETTLE MY DEBT PLEASE!!!!
<p>We had to transfer points from one smartshopper. Card to another and the process is taking longer than a week to resolve when we really needed to use the points...</p>
