On the 20th I flew to JHB through George Airport as I usually use it since I stay in George .I have never been discriminated or made feel like I was nothing amongst other passengers that were on or ding with me that day by one of the staff who is supposed to be assisting passengers to scan . The act by the staff showed me an action of **************,undermined and being made to feel worthless because when I have asked one of the staff to call for the manager who was in charge of that department I was promised to be contacted the following Tuesday or Wednesday as I was advised tha t the matter was still going to be brought to the staff attention so to hear his side of the story .I had to call a week after seeing that there no one calling to give me updates and I kept on being sent from pilar to post and no one was giving me a vid conclusion regarding the concern and complaints reported . Later on I managed to get through to Mbuyane who said would ask his manager to deal and give me a full conclusion to this matter . No one has called me to say anything . I feel that the airport itself is unsafe for passengers ,passenger facing staff aren’t trained enough to deal and service passengers with respect regardless of their Gender ,Race etc… I mean a lot could’ve happened between myself as a passenger and the staff if I wanted to act back at him . I am very concerned and feel so unsafe to use this airport as I don’t know what will happen next time I use it . Is this the kind of treatment should we get as passengers ? I have even mentioned earlier that I will go in person to get the feedback from the airport manager himself because the manner in which they have been handling this incident is not professional at all!. I would like to escalate this further as I very disappointed and very angry by this act . Clearly some people are not taken into consideration and this shows that only complaints from certain people gets attended with a matter of urgency . I have travelled using different airports and I have never gone through dissatisfaction and disrespect especially from a staff for no reason stated . I would never forget this in my life and it will always be an incident to remember about George Airport and the frontline staff at the boarding gates ,if I were to rate the service I would rate them -100 to show how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with how they did me as well the manner in which they have handled this concern /incident.
Rude Staff at the ticket office I came not for once but several times and Stan in a queue to load the bus card ,the service is very poor staff working at the till counters doesn’t even greet and they are always angry shouting at commuters .the behaviour is not acceptable this needs to be addressed as these buses are for the municipality and not theirs .customer service requires one to be friendly and welcoming at all times.i will report this to the Head of the Municipality as well .

I have had a very bad experience when I had bought a ticket flying from George to JHB 3 months ago and have reported the matter and it kept dragging and I had to be the one ping follow up calls and there was no tangible feedback provided . Computicket never handled the issue that I am still battling with and I would never recommend anyone to use their website because I have waisted my time,my airtime and my money was lost after buying a ticket with them and send me the incorrect airlines details .i am very furious how can one system used by computicket take their team to spot or see who was assisting a passenger from the boarding gate . Vey bad and poor service ..I would rate them -100 due to their carelessness and with feedback they are very slow .
There is a cashier named Gugu at chicken licken ..the lady is very arrogant and rude to customers,the service is always good by other cashiers .can the management take the lady through training or something because whatever she’s doing is not no !!!
Worse service ever from the cashier at Westonaria branch !!!the lady is rude,back chatting at the customers when they are querying about their orders !!😲wow I couldn’t believe what I saw ,it was like I was dreaming !!the cashier lady needs some training because I will never ever buy from steers in westonaria again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy there for that matter !!their service stinks 😷!!!
I would love to share and express the level of of poor service I got at the Truworths at Key West Mall after paying for my Lay Buy that I had with them . It happened that one of the Items is small and I returned it for something else or refund .I had to wait for an hour trying to get helped and I was told to produce the bank statement when I asked who will pay for the statement they said it is me and I asked for management and it seemed like one was on lunch or something and I had to leave because my lunch was finished already . I have never felt like a trash they way I did today struggling just to get help for one item after I have been buying there almost the rest of my life . I wouldn’t encourage anyone to go there if they want great service and good experience.
I have been struggling to get help from Identity regarding an account that I have settle 5 years ago and when they have to give me a settlement letter no one is willing to .I have been calling their legal department for over 5 times already spending about 30 minutes on the line .
