These people really working on my nerves. Mailed them to tell them cancel the insurance because the deal with the dealership was cancelled. They are still deducting money
Dealer Misrepresentation, False Statements & Attempted Coercion – WesBank Deal at Risk I am submitting a complaint regarding serious misconduct by [Jetour Edenvale (Mobi- Care Auto] I purchased a vehicle advertised as a 2023 model, but the dealer incorrectly submitted the finance to WesBank as a 2025 model without my knowledge. This has now caused issues with SARS and my finance profile. The dealership then: Demanded a sudden R45 000 deposit (never mentioned before) And now wants to unilaterally cancel the deal and collect the vehicle even though WesBank already paid them. I acted in good faith. The dealership did not. I sold my Vehicle a week after receiving new one. Point is im stranded from Friday if they fetch this car. I request WesBank and the relevant authorities to investigate this matter urgently. This dealership’s behaviour has caused financial harm, stress, and reputational risk. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious case of dealer misrepresentation involving my company’s financed vehicle. Vehicle: Suzuki XL6 Dealer: Jetour Edenvale (Mobi-Care Auto) Name of Company: RB Manuel Solutions 1. Misrepresentation by the dealership The dealer advertised and sold the vehicle to me as a 2023 Suzuki XL6. However, they submitted the finance application to your institution incorrectly as a 2025 model, which resulted in the approval being granted. The dealership admitted this error only after the finance was already approved and the funds were paid out. ( Signed ownership 3 weeks) 2. Dealer attempting to force cancellation On Friday, the dealership contacted me and demanded R45,000, claiming there was “no other option”, and stated that they would come fetch the vehicle. This is unacceptable, *********, and a breach of the Consumer Protection Act. I have been in lawful possession of the vehicle for two weeks, and I sold my previous vehicle based on this transaction. I am now left completely stranded due to the dealer’s misconduct. 3. Request for immediate intervention I respectfully request that the bank: Open a formal investigation into the misrepresentation by the dealer. Suspend any cancellation or repossession actions until the matter is resolved properly. Confirm that I am not liable for any losses or penalties caused by the dealer’s incorrect submission. Engage with the dealer to correct the deal, or guide the correct legal process to unwind the transaction if required. 4. My position I did not misrepresent anything. I acted in good faith, based on the dealer’s advertised information. The dealer’s error should not result in me being stranded without a vehicle or being pressured into paying R45,000. Please treat this matter with urgency and provide me with a written response confirming the steps the bank will take. I am Stranded because i sold my vehicle.
FNB Business Department not helpfull. Since Last year we have been trying to cancel a debit order on the account. On the statement is says FNB Insure which means its and FNB Policy or something. Everyday we call they direct us to different departments no one can help. Sorry for running to Hello Peter but it seems to work faster.
Takealot collect my broken laptop 3 week's back ask them to return it because they don't do backups. So a mail was send the laptop will be Returned eversince no one can tell me we're my laptop is not even 3 months old
Since January trying to get hold of FNB just to close an account because I can't afford the interest on it due to unforeseen cergamstances. They mailed me back said they acknowledge my email. Just want them to freeze the account so that I can pay the outstanding. The interest are now again R1200. 5th of March again mailed them to follow up still nothing.
Dear Suzuki Team, Three years ago, I purchased a Suzuki Ciaz in George, and I must say, it has been the best car I’ve ever owned! While my Audi and BMW are great vehicles, they don’t match the reliability of my Suzuki. The fuel consumption is excellent—I couldn’t ask for better efficiency. The overall driving experience has been smooth and enjoyable. The only minor issue I encountered was that after reaching 100,000 km, the suspension started making some noise. Other than that, my Ciaz has been an absolute pleasure to drive, and I truly appreciate the quality and reliability Suzuki delivers. Keep up the great work!
Pathetic service from store and customer services. So I bought earrings for my wife. She had it I'm for 2 days then her ears were swollen. She took it out for a day and put it back in few days later it started turning brown. We took it to the store they booked it in 3weeks later I receive a email query resolved. Went back to store the lady just said to me she can do nothing we phoned customer care they can't what was the outcome. Case number CS-1759528
So today I got declined from my favourite company. With you guys for the last 8 years. all my cars financed through you because I don't like other banks always issues with them. Got a letter from the company I'm contracting for stating I still have a 10 Year contract with them. No expenses on the company really just need a bakkie because work got so much more and the cars are to small.
