Impossible to have funds transferred
We set up this account to collect funds for my granny's hip replacement. We are now having huge trouble having the cash paid out. Suddenly, if a SA citizen, you need a valid passport, impossible to obtain at this moment. My cousin offered to have the funds transferred to his account, but it seems impossible to have said funds paid out. Every time there is another problem. I have brought this to GoGetFunding's attention twice in a week and have still had no response!!

If it’s unfortunate that you have lost your hard earned money to this platform. However, for future references kindly join the r/scamsupdate community of Reddit. Also, you stand a chance to get your money back by contacting ScamsRescue@ protonmail com I have referred users in the past and they were able to get back their money.

GOGETFUNDING FRAUSTERS SCAMMERS
GOGETFUNDING FRAUSTERS, SCAMMERS Been trying for weeks to withdraw the donations to my campaign which I have now closed. Every excuse from, mandated company details, which I don't have, to invalid documentation, to other issues and every time Victoria fixes something and then it's approved. There are no clear processes to assist people with these requirements. Now I have a withdrawal issue due to a "Fraud Policy" (Very vague), which I am to resolve. How do I resolve their Fraud Policy if I don't know what the criteria for the alert was. This is disgusting, personally I think these people are declining more payouts than actually paying out and still pocketing their astronomical fees because they don't know how to handle the payouts correctly. UTTERLY DISGUSTED IN THESE FRAUDSTERS.

Don't waste your time
Don't even waste your time with this service. They are not worth it. There are so much other ways to get donations for projects than wasting your time with this website. You are only allowed to withdraw money 50 days after the donations have been made which makes it completely useless in emergency fundraisers.
