Internet is slower and worse than Vodacom, Worse than Cell C, Worse than neotel. I don't think I have ever worked with internet worse than MTN! Well done! You take the worst internet I have ever worked with award!
I ordered a Full HD 1080p sports camera from takealot.com on Sunday 13 May 2018. I received the sports camera today. Thursday 17 May 2018. After taking a few pictures and videos, I quickly realized it was NOT Full HD and NOT 1080p after viewing the pictures and videos on my computer and comparing it with other cameras of lower quality. This is one of the WORST cameras I have ever bought and clearly FALSELY ADVERTISED. I wanted to contact Takealot.com about this but could not find any contact number or email address on their website. I finally found their facebook page and reported my concern. The person managing takealots Facebook page sent through a link for the refund which is stating that I need to courier the product back on my own costs before they will issue a refund. I am on the point of opening a court case against this, as falsely advertising is no joke! To make things even worse. When I wanted to leave a review about the product on takealots website, I realized today that they deleted that page with the product completely from their website as the exact link I used to order the product, now says the page can not be found. I have also noticed takealots facebook page has no review button as most pages normally has. All of these things shows that takealot is trying to hide what they are doing. And like specified above. If I am not satisfied by Monday 21 May 2018, I will open a court case!
Don't even waste your time with this service. They are not worth it. There are so much other ways to get donations for projects than wasting your time with this website. You are only allowed to withdraw money 50 days after the donations have been made which makes it completely useless in emergency fundraisers.
I had to get some documents out from Pretoria to Bethlehem via a courier urgently.<br> We went to MDS and asked them if they could have it couriered overnight on Thursday, meaning it should have been there by Friday.<br> It is now Tuesday and have not delivered it yet.<br> I phoned them Monday and asked why it was not delivered yet, they said the driver could not find the place.<br> I gave them an alternative number to call if they can't find the place.<br> Around 4 Friday and monday I receive an email saying the driver can't find the place.<br> They never called the alternative number I gave them.<br> When I called MDS today they informed me the driver was in an accident Monday, this was never put into the email and it seems like MDS did not make alternative plans for my important documents that was not so important to them.<br> First they tell me on friday there is no one at the place when there clearly was, then on monday they say they can't find the place.<br> When I call them they don't want to help and only tell me it will be delivered before 4pm today.<br> It should already have been delivered Friday!<br> I am going to make this a court case if it is not delivered today.<br> You are breaching an agreement!
Ok. So where do I start. My fianc? was admitted for a heart problem that the house doctor thought was wrong. They took my fianc? for tests and said its asma. Her chest closed so badley that it looked like she was going to die. The sister stoof around for a while and didnt even know what to do and just took their time. Finally put a gas mask on to open up the chest. I asked my fianc? what signs she has. She said she was dizzy, has chest paid, shortness of breath, her stomach is not right, has pain in her left arm and body. This is signs of a heart problem or coming heart attack!!!!! Thats not asma!!!! If something happens to her I will take the hospital and everyone in the hospital and everyone responsible to court. The food is not even properly coocked that they bring the patients and even bring the wrong food for the patients. The doctors dont even handel the patients properly!!!
