My reference number MRRN-06V9A-9QYZ I returned a phone purchased on behalf of one of my clients that started giving trouble after about 2 months. The return took long because of unclear communication and was eventually returned. Definately at fault of my own as well. The phone was credited and I purchased a new one. I asked for the SIM to be returned as well. It has now been almost 2 weeks, and still no SIM. I have emailed Takealot 4 times after Yolanda.M confirmed via email that she will escalate the query and get back to me. Eventually, on 30 January 2023 I phoned Takealot and asked to speak to management. I was informed my call cannot be transferred and they will phone me back. It is now 1 February 2023 and still no feedback or reply.
I would actually want to be able to place a minus amount of stars here. On Saturday we bought food for the kids. The lady at the drive-through was extremely rude and failed to understand anything being said. Needless to say, when they opened their food at home, the order was incorrect. The phone lines doesn't work (yes, I tried phoning Sat, Sun and today). I reviewed them on their website, sent an email to customer care with photo's of proof and STILL have had no reaction.
After having trouble finding a refill bottle for my Sodastream in my area, Sodastream was kind enough to not only send me a free bottle (not refill, new) and some free goodies. Thank you Tom for your assistance and willingness to help, even when I became rude as a result of frustration (no excuse, I know...)
I also received an email telling me I have been approved for a job at a company but have to pay an background check fee of almost R 400. Definitely a scam..... all google results shows up that it is.
We set up this account to collect funds for my granny's hip replacement. We are now having huge trouble having the cash paid out. Suddenly, if a SA citizen, you need a valid passport, impossible to obtain at this moment. My cousin offered to have the funds transferred to his account, but it seems impossible to have said funds paid out. Every time there is another problem. I have brought this to GoGetFunding's attention twice in a week and have still had no response!!
I have been trying to close my account for around a month now. I paid the settlement balance, phoned the number given to call to close the account more than once and have not been able to speak to anyone. I have sent an email to support and after 2 weeks, have still not had a reply!!! Opening up an account was easy peasy, but trying to close it, near impossible!!

We enrolled our daughter for home schooling with Brainline. She is supposed to start school tomorrow (25 January 2021.) We are still not ready for school tomorrow. Please take note that fees was paid in December IN ADVANCE FOR THE YEAR 2021. Her class schedule is a mess - she has classes at the same time. We missed the orientation meeting due to the incompetency and lack of reply from Brainline. You are lucky should they answer your emails within 3 days!!! I have been trying to get everything in place and ready since beginning January. It has been 3 weeks - and nothing!! My daughter is now starting school tomorrow with 2 classes at the same time, no books and no idea of what to do. Books were ordered from their supplier, Snapplify, but we are still waiting on an invoice to pay the books!! Nothing is to be found on the portal. We are new at home schooling and I did an lot of research and am really disappointed in Brainline. Maybe we should have rather gone with Impact after all.....
