Unfair Draws @ Gold Reef City Casino
We have been Gambling@ Gold reef city for the past 2 years and we have been noticing the Draw winners are always the same faces always. There is this Chinese lady always winning the Draws and we also heard on the floor customers complaing that these people have a good relationship with Gold Reef Staff and their tickets are always selected as on stage they even stand on a certain podiam and win more money and being entered to car draws the same night.

- A receipt is printed showing the guest details and the number of entries submitted.
- Winning entries are selected via an electronic draw system, which ensures the process is fair and random. It is not possible to rig the draw.
- The number of entries a guest has is usually determined by the points they have earned. Guests with more points will have more entries, which increases their chances of winning—but every entry has an equal and fair chance in the draw.
