Poor quality product and customer service !

On the 17.09.2022 I contacted Golden cloud on instagram as I never got a response on Facebook. Regarding their vanilla cupcake mix that was full of dense lumps that couldn’t even be sieved! I was then asked for my contact details and was informed I would be contacted. I am still waiting to this day to hear back from them! Very upset with their product and their customer service!
