On a whole the food is good. Rice is a picky subject. It can be done better and by people who spend 7 years perfecting rice making. My experience of the restaurant is good, sometimes the staff taking orders can be a bit dismissive. Manager/owner always around if needed. This week 6/8/2023 I got quite a bit of sushi and while it was being made I noticed a person making sushi was sneezing and not put to work elsewhere. After a day or so I felt a bit gummy and taking precautions to not get his cold. Please if your staff is sick, send them home so they don't infect other people! You are in the food business, you should know better. 2nd establishment with someone working with food stuffs directly and being sick, and allowed to work as they were.
