Goldstone Jewellers not fixing F/Water Pearl ring

On the 28-07-2022 I purchased a Silver CZ & F/Water Pearl Fancy Dress Ring, Inv 1066942. After wearing the ring only a few times the pearl fell out and I took it back, Return Repair 258092 dated 10-11-2023. After months the company set a new F/Water Pearl. On the 21-03-23 not even 3 months after receiving the fixed pearl ring I had to take the ring back. It is the 2nd time the pearl fell out. Sheen from Head Office Tel number 031 507 5000/ 031 392 6270 has send the ring back without fixing it, with no explanation. When I phoned the above number it does not exist The ring is not fixed and now I need to repair the ring on my own account. The service I received was very unfriendly and I am sitting with a ring without a pearl. I would not recommend any person to purchase at Goldstone Jewellers at Kolonnade
