I don't know where to start but i had a every bad experience with this service provider they have debited twice on my bank account without my concern (Approval)
This month the service provider sent me a messages that my account is in arrears then I tried to call service provider since Friday 30 January 2026 but no one is helping me instead they are dropping my calls, proof of payment was sent via email on Friday last week, but this morning.

Which is very confusing because payment was made and the proof of payment was sent. So there's a element of poor service,undermining customers and works need to attend custom care service training and sign custom pledge. Maybe they will respect us.
