Worst customer service ever. every few months your debit order will not go through and you will call and send multiple emails to their customer service. those poorly trained agents will transfer you from one person to another, 5 people later the agent will randomly hang up. you wil send multpile emails and be ignored. None of them will assist you or tell you whats wrong. they will report to the credit bureau that youve missed your payment even though youve been begging them to take the money. your credit score will be affected negatively. this will continue to happen to you forever.
