If there was a zero star rating.....GOMO will take it...I spoke to 9 different people who all opened my profile using my id number...yet they all transfer me to the wrong department.i asked for the insurance department because there was an increase in my insurance but I have not been notified at all! Advisors are rude...******** and their attitude stinks...instead of finding a solution they want to argue with a paying customer.i have had the worst experience with GOMO and the people's behavior is appalling.
I need to speak to someone higher up the ladder.....if the head is not right...the body os not right...I think they are all sleeping there cos 9 different people dont know how to send a customer to the correct department and we all spoke English!
When they transfer a customer...they call drops...IT DOES NOT TRANSFER AND THEN TOU HAVE TO KEEP CALLING BACK, ITS FRUSTRATING AS HELL TO CONTINUOUSLY CALL BACK AND SPEAK TO DUM AREOGANT PEOPLE ....GOMO!SORT URSELF OUT PLZ FOR **** SAKES.
