On 6 Aug. 2024 I paid for two single bedsets with firm foam mattresses but with an added top layer of ‘egg-crate’ foam on both sides for a firm yet softer feel. Delivery costs of R 750 was included for a 180km delivery. Understanding that it is a special order and would have to be built by the factory. On 5 September two low quality (sagging after three weeks) unbranded beds were delivered. Questioning this, they admitted that it was an incorrect delivery but I should use them in the meantime as we had visitors arriving that day. On 25 September I phoned and was told the correct mattresses had arrived and would be delivered. On 4 October, nine days after being promised delivery and TWO MONTHS after paying for my order I have now asked for a full re-fund. On 7 October I was contacted and asked if I could arrange to return the incorrect beds and pick up the correct beds. For an order of almost R 10 grand I feel of no value to Good Knight bedding. This after being extremely happy with a previous mattress bought from the Nelspruit branch. (I live in Willowmore).
